By City of Rochester ordinance, pets are not allowed at the Park Avenue Festival. Please leave your pets at home.  Alternate side parking restrictions will be enforced on streets adjacent to Park Ave, East Ave, and Monroe Ave. Follow posted signs as you may be ticketed or towed if parked illegally.
